Do you know that sometimes it doesn’t take much — not a full practice, not even a mat — to shift your energy and release tension?

Just shaking. Yes, simple shaking, a few jumps, a little dance.

This kind of spontaneous movement helps your body release happy hormones — dopamine, serotonin, endorphins — while calming your nervous system and helping your energy flow again.

You know I love to roll, I love the yoga practice, the stillness and the depth of it. But sometimes… it’s the simplest movement that does the magic. So next time you feel stuck, anxious, or tired — try just shaking it out. Let it be messy, let it be free. Your body knows what it needs.

When practicing a twist variation today, I noticed some tension along the side of my body. I reached for two Corgeous balls to help release it.

Breathing in, I took an extra little sip of air… and as I exhaled, I softened through my lips, like blowing out birthday candles. The release was so nourishing.
