Recently, Dr. Nicole Mayne (Wildflower Veterinary Surgery, USA) shared a remarkable case with us involving her colleagues at Friends of Strays Animal Shelter in Florida.

During a transport accident, one small puppy suffered a broken leg and received expert surgical care using LeiCOM Headless Compression Screws.

Our Spinal Weekend Workshop in Stuttgart on October 31–November 1, 2025 was a great success, filled with hands-on training, innovation, and collaboration!

This little 18-week-old Yorkshire Terrier came to Kleintierzentrum Dr. Weber after a fall caused a tibial and fibular fracture. Because of her young age and delicate bone structure, the surgery required absolute precision.

With the 1.5 mm LeiLOX TPLO Swing Titanium Plate, Dr. Weber and his team achieved stable fixation and perfect alignment while protecting the growth zone. The patient recovered beautifully and is now on her way back to full activity.

What a fantastic TTA RAPID® Workshop we had at the Wild West Vet Show featuring, TTA expert, Dr. Jeff Mayo. The course was fully booked, and everyone brought amazing energy and enthusiasm to learn a new technique to benefit their patients. It was great to see so many vets getting hands-on experience and sharing their passion for orthopedics.

A big thank-you to Dr. Mayo and all participants for making it such a great event!

In April 2025, a 3-year-old mixed-breed dog (5.6 kg) was hit by a bicycle, sustaining a proximal comminuted radius fracture and a mid-ulnar fracture (open Grade 1). Swift surgery by Dr. Ditte Skytte (Evidensia Helsingborg, Sweden) and advanced LeiLOX implants, including our innovative 1.0 mm system, led to a full recovery.
