🔥 HOW TO BURN INCENSE ON A COAL 🔥

Burning herbs or "smudging" is one of the oldest rituals in the world.

Already our ancestors, no matter from which part of the world you are, knew about the benefits of plant spirits and by connecting with them in a ritual they were able to do healing and cleansing for

✨the body,
✨the mind and
✨the energetic dimensions

every human being is connected with.

Although we live in a busy world, sometimes feeling disconnected from (our true) nature, we carry their DNA. Still.

And we are able to connect with the old wisdom!

🔥 SO THIS IS HOW IT WORKS 🔥

1. Grab a BOWL
2. Fill it with some SAND
3. Place an incense COAL on top

4. LIGHT the coal and wait for 5 minutes
5. As soon as the coal shows a grey layer of ASH:
6. Put a little bit of natural INCENSE on top

And.. enjoy the MAGIC!

➡️ As soon as the incense is burnt on the coal, remove it and apply more, as many times as you like.

➡️ The bowl should be fireproof and placed on a firwproof surface.

➡️ To finish your incense ritual, cover the coal with sand or put it in water to keep the fire safety :)

Fasting is a BLESSING. Especially when you
do it in a place of nature.

In our yurt we can hear the wind singing in the trees, the birds chanting in the woods and ourselves breathing in the flow of life.

It is a blessing to be here.
To live so close to what is dearest to us.
To touch the pulse of the universe.

Every day.

A few more days to go until I can pick my first apple from our garden Eden.

Until then I am enjoying the smell of sheep wool insulation, wood and my magical incense blend on the burner next to my bed.

It was in a cold winter night in January after ice bathing and sauna on our way back to the forest, where we live in a tiny house in the middle of the Finnish winter wonderland, when something was sparked in our hearts.
