يعمل المجلس الطبي الأردني على إنشاء قاعدة بيانات وطنية ودولية للخبراء الأردنيين في مجال التعليم الطبي في مرحلة الإختصاص.
يهدف هذا الاستبيان إلى تحديد الأردنيين، داخل الأردن وخارجه، ممن لديهم خبرة كمديري برامج، ممتحنين في البوردات المحلية و الدولية، أو من شغلوا مناصب قيادية في التعليم الطبي أو الحاصلين على درجة علمية في التعليم الطبي، بالإضافة إلى الزملاء القادرين على المشاركة في برامج تدريب المقيمين في المواضيع التي قد لا تتوفر في جميع البرامج الوطنية مثل: الأخلاقيات الطبية، الطب المبني على الدليل، منهجية البحث، الإحصاء الحيوي، مهارات الاتصال، وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التخصصات المختلفة.
ستُستخدم هذه القاعدة لدعم إنشاء برنامجين تدريبيين أساسيين:
1- برنامج تدريب المدربين (Training of Trainers): موجه إلى المعلّمين والمشرفين على برامج الإختصاص لتطوير مهاراتهم التعليمية والإشرافية والتقييمية.
2- برنامج وطني تدريبي للمقيمين والزملاء: يهدف إلى توحيد المعرفة الأساسية بين المتدربين في كافة البرامج في المملكة ودعم البرامج ذات الموارد المحدودة، مع التركيز على المواضيع المكملة للتخصص المذكورة أعلاه.
كما يمكن الاستفادة من خبرات المشاركين في أنشطة مثل الامتحانات , والنشاطات التدريبية الأخرى لدعم التعليم والتدريب في الأردن.

The Jordan Medical Council is working to establish a national and international database of Jordanian experts in postgraduate medical education.
This survey aims to identify Jordanians, both inside and outside Jordan, who have served as program directors, board examiners (including with international boards), or in other leadership roles in postgraduate medical education; those holding a Master’s or PhD in Medical Education; or those able to contribute to residents’ teaching programs in subjects not consistently available across all national training programs, such as medical ethics, evidence-based medicine, research methodology, biostatistics, communication skills, and applications of artificial intelligence in the specialty.
1- This database will support the creation of two key training programs:
Training of Trainers Program: For medical educators involved in postgraduate training, to strengthen their teaching, supervision, and assessment roles.
2- National Educational Program for Residents and Fellows: To standardize knowledge among trainees and support programs with limited resources, with emphasis on essential topics mentioned above.
Your expertise may also be utilized for participation in examinations and other training activities to advance postgraduate medical education in Jordan.
