When you can not go outside, go within 🌸🕊🙏.
Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) is the fith element of the eight stages of Patanjali’s path of Yoga (Yoga Sutras of Patanjali).
At the stage of pratyahara, the consciousness of the individual is internalized in order that the sensations from the senses don't reach their respective centers in the brain and enable the next stages of Yoga namely Dharana (concentration), Dhana (meditation), and Samadhi (mystical absorption), which is the aim of all Yogic practices.
