Today's history note is for regarding how Andrew Taylor Still helped his brother Edward out of drug addiction:
“[April 1874] He found that Ed’s health had deteriorated during the winter. Ed had been taking several drugs and when Andrew examined him, he found Ed was dependent upon an addictive drug. … It appeared it would be up to him to build a practice on his own.
