Cure for Cancer

There's quite a few articles stating that a potential cure for cancer has been found or that a cure is just around the bend.
Having said that, I personally think that stress is a major contributing factor. I've always found the actual word 'stress' interesting. As many of you already know stress isn't about running around and barely having time to finish your tasks in time. Stress is about load, it's about weight. It's when you're in an uncomfortable or unknown position and you are stuck carrying too much weight - or you feel like you're stuck.
If you load a car too heavily it will strain every part, every joint, every bolt and the motor has to work harder. In the human body it will increase the metabolism (RPM in an engine) which some studies say is related to cancer. (This post is my personal view, it has not been fact checked. Compared to the other posts here on Envisioning Nature which all are true and fact checked and with some luck... relevant and add value to your FaceBook feed. Thanks.

Eat more chocolate

If you feel guilty about eating lots of chocolate - don't!

It's not a major weight gain factor, quite the opposite. Eating large amounts of chocolate is one if the best ways to lose weight.
A recent Spanish study found that people eating lots of chocolate had, on average, far lower levels of fat. Chocolate is already known to have a positive effect on circulation, blood pressure and heart health. Yeah!

Beetroot Juice - a great detox

If you had one too many for a little too long time this drink is a great liver cleanser. Most effective if you drink it on an empty stomach. Drink this once a day for a week.

1 small beetroot
½ cucumber
1 cup of pineapple chunks (or use pineapple juice)

Remove the top from the beetroot.
Peel or wash the cucumber
Throw it all in your blender.
BLEND!
