✨ Usui Reiki Level One course in Berlin!

📖 Join me to learn about Reiki and its history, what chakras are, how Reiki works and what channeling actually means & discover how to prepare yourself through different meditations and visualisations.

💆🏼‍♀️ After getting your Level 1 attunement, you will have the possibility to experience channelling Reiki for the first time - starting with a plant, then yourself, and also for an other person from the group.

🫳🏼 Why learn Reiki?
When some parts of us - physical, mental or spiritual - don’t feel well or feel out of balance, one thing we can do is hold them with mindfulness. Reiki is a beautiful tool for that. It can harmonise, transform, and support our healing journeys. As individuals but also as a community.

And we can all learn to channel Reiki ✨

📖 We will talk about Reiki and its history, what chakras are, how Reiki works and what channeling actually means, how to prepare oneself through different meditations and visualisations, and will discuss the meaning of Reiki’s 5 principles.

💆🏼‍♀️ After getting your Level 1 attunement, you will have the possibility to experience channelling Reiki for the first time - for yourself, but also for an other person from the group.

Our breath not only sustains our life but also serves as a powerful tool for managing stress, promoting relaxation, and fostering mental well-being. Together, these aspects contribute to the intricate relationship between our body and mind, influencing our overall health and quality of life.

✨ Experience breathwork practices and self-massage techniques to:

💆🏼 ground, self-soothe and bring your mind and body back in the present moment

🤯 learn about the nervous system and how our body reacts to stress

☯️ build awareness to the link between body and mind

➡️ If you feel stressed and disconnected, if your thoughts take too much space and you have a hard time to focus, if you have trouble falling asleep, if your neck hurts after a day at work, … ——> this Workshop is made for you!
