Share this with someone who loves jaggery :)

We had the chance to visit a farmer named in Andhra Pradesh
- the same farmer who supplies jaggery to Prakriti Project.

He has been making jaggery without any chemicals for the last 10-12 years,
and meeting farmers like him always fills us with so much gratitude.

He invited us to his farm and showed us the entire process.

Honestly, it was something we had never seen before.

We even got to participate in making the jaggery ourselves

From extracting the sugarcane juice to watching it slowly boil for hours
until something so big transforms into those small golden blocks we eat almost every day.

When you witness it closely,
you realise how much patience and effort goes into it.

Seeing this journey makes you respect food in a completely different way.

And it reminds us how important it is to support farmers
who are choosing natural and chemical-free farming.

If you’d like to taste this very jaggery,

Sharing a glimpse with you from the recent .project Prakriti Project launch
which took place at our headquarters in Bangalore :)

It was a day filled with gratitude and a deep sense of purpose
as we took the first step towards bringing this project to life.

Photo 1:
The day began with a sacred puja and havan.
Two South-Indian priests led the ceremony to invoke the divine -
praying that Prakriti Project becomes a success.

Photo 2:
Later, we gathered with our community.
Over 80 members joined us, and it was the first time they saw the products, the packaging, and how the products finally look.
After months of work behind the scenes, sharing this moment with our community felt incredibly special.

Photo 3:
This is one of our farmers, Mr. Jagdish Reddy (who supplies jaggery to us).
We invited the same farmers who grow the produce that will go into Prakriti Project.
Spending time with them and learning from them was one of the most meaningful parts of the day.

Photo 4:
Of course, no Satvic gathering is complete without food!
We shared a beautiful meal together made using the same produce we hope to bring to your homes.
This thaali included Black rice payasam, Millet phirni, Kala chana chaat, Daal tarkaari, Raagi roti
and many more delicious dishes!

Photo 5:
This is our team.
We are a team of around 40 people.
Some work remotely, but these are most of the team members based in Bangalore
who were present with us for the launch.

Photo 6:
Meet our food wing leaders - Mini and Diksha.
They were the ones who orchestrated this entire event
and lovingly managed every detail that went into making this day possible.

Photo 7:
Mini sharing her thoughts with everyone and reflecting on the journey of bringing this event together.

Photo 8:
And finally - the produce.

We are incredibly grateful for the love and support that has brought Prakriti Project this far.

We can’t wait for it to find a place in your homes :)

This story reminds me of a quote that goes,

"Honesty is often very hard. The truth is often painful. But the freedom it can bring is worth trying."

We travelled to the world’s biggest organic food trade show in Germany with one thought in our mind

To open our minds while building .project
And to see what the world is doing in the space of clean food, organic farming and conscious living.

We were accompanied by one of our dearest Satvic practitioners, Francesca :)

Here are 8 cool things we saw:

Picture 2:
A lady selling popsicles for children made purely from fruit.
No artificial sugar added.
It instantly made us think that this needs to be introduced to children
because the candies and ice creams they eat today are so unhealthy.

Picture 3:
We saw an entire stall dedicated to chocolates sweetened only with dates.
Imagine chocolates not being sweetened by cane sugar, jaggery or coconut sugar.
But - just dates.
This honestly feels like the future of clean packaged food.

Picture 4:
We met not one, not two, but three brands making vegan, plant-based cheese.
One of the brands was run by two young men of age 22-23 from Spain
who were experimenting with different varieties of cashew-based cheese.

Picture 5:
It was CRAZY how many nut butter stalls there were.
What was even more shocking was that they had nut butter in every flavor you can imagine.

Picture 6:
Entire stalls dedicated just to microgreens.
Something so small, yet so powerful.

Picture 7:
Cups you can eat.
Straws you can eat.
Even cups made from seeds that you can put your dip in and eat.
A simple idea that could reduce so much waste.

Picture 8:
One chocolate brand caught our attention simply because of its packaging.
It made us realise something important
- even if the food is clean, if the packaging is boring, nobody is going to buy it!

Picture 9
So many alternatives to plastic.
It really opened our minds to what packaging for Prakriti Project could look like in the future.

And finally, to the brands and people we loved meeting,
we gifted our Satvic Indian Food Book
- sharing a little piece of our food culture with them.

We came back with ideas, inspiration, and a deeper belief that
the world is slowly moving closer to Mother Nature.

One criticism can outweigh a hundred compliments.
Because your brain is built to detect threat, not appreciation.

Now imagine your confidence like a Jenga tower.

Every compliment adds a block.
One harsh comment pulls all out.

So what do you do?

1. Do not replay the criticism.
2. Consciously repeat the compliments.
3. Strengthen your base daily with self-validation.

If you’ve been wanting to build a stronger mind and shift how you look at life,

Share this reel with one person - one share could save one animal.

Why do we only consume the meat of some animals and spare others?

Would you be okay if you were served dog or cat meat?

What makes it okay to consume the meat of a pig, sheep or hen, but not a cat or dog?

If this made you pause, tell us what you feel in the comments :)

Save this reel for the day you’re stuck and need a quick combo idea :)

Here’s what most of us forget:

Certain foods become more powerful when paired because...
one helps the body absorb the other better.

And when you start doing small things like this daily,
your body stops begging for pills and drugs.
It starts healing naturally… from within.

Have you ever stepped in your kitchen in the morning… and instantly felt stuck?
Like you want to eat something healthy, but there’s just no time?

Join our 2-Day Quick Breakfast Workshop, where we’ll make delicious, filling breakfasts in minutes - perfect for your busiest mornings.

No complicated cooking. No boring meals.
