Good cueing isn’t about saying everything you know.
It’s about knowing what matters most right now.
Too many cues at once often overload the nervous system — for the client and the teacher. Clear, well-timed cues give clients space to sense, adapt, and learn, instead of just trying to keep up.
If cueing feels exhausting, it’s usually not because you’re doing it wrong — it’s because you’re doing too much at once.
Less talking.
Better timing.
More impact.
