Heart Essence is a mix of different healing modalities based on emotional and physical, subconscious and body centered, as well as eastern and western concepts which can help you re-establish your innate connection with your inner guidance system, which has its seat in the spiritual heart (also called the heart chakra). By awakening and reconnecting to this sacred space within, you realign with your intuition, can communicate directly with and receive guidance from the universe and begin living from the divinely enlightened essence of who you truly are.
