🎉 Acknowledging Excellence in the GARN Network 🎉

We are pleased to award Dr. Oussema Khamessi, Assistant Professor at the Higher Institute of Biotechnology of Sidi Thabet (ISBST) and Research Associate at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis (IPT), for his remarkable contributions to the GARN Network 🌍🔬

🏆 Dr. Khamessi was honored for his impactful work in bioinformatics and cancer research, as well as for his dedicated mentorship in workshops on drug design and cancer research throughout the entire period of the GARN-CLS project (2 workshops in Tunisia , 1 hackathon in Egypt, 1 hackathon in Tunisia, 1 workshop in Egypt and 1 workshop in Morocco ).

📍 This recognition was presented during the GARN-CLS Closing Ceremony, alongside advanced bioinformatics workshops of the OSCAR-AI initiative.

🧬 His presentation on the interface between drug design and cancer research stood out for its methodologies and well-structured computational pipelines for disease targeting.

👏 It was truly inspiring to have Dr.Khamessi contributing to advancing collaborative research within the GARN network. We wish Dr. Khamessi continued success in his future endeavours!
