Winter exposes what we’ve been carrying through the seasons.
Identity shifts, draining habits, and relational imbalances don’t show up during the busy holiday and end of year season to derail us, they show up because the quiet nature of winter invites us to hear ourselves.
As we move toward the winter solstice, the darkest point of the year, nature invites us into the same work it does:
reducing your demands,
conserving your energy,
clarifying what stays,
and releasing what no longer supports your growth.
These three thresholds of identity, habits, & relationships form the backbone of the winter transitions I see in nearly every client.
It’s not collapse.
It’s not withdrawal.
it’s not doing nothing.
It’s recalibration.
If you’re in a threshold or transition of your own, let the nature of the season guide you toward clarity instead of urgency.
