Life can be challenging. We experience loss, breakups, illness, grief. Work demands so much of our time and energy, but we also want to meet the expectations of family and friends. How can we navigate these challenges, be they large or small, in a healthy way â without breaking under the pressure?

Afterwards, weâll take what weâve explored intellectually in the yoga practice, we will embody the insight we gained and integrate it with our somatic intelligence.
