moving around with your support team, laughter, good energy, autonomy over your decisions at 41 +3 gestation because everything is looking perfect so we give the body time to do what it's created for.
So proud of this 1st time mom. Finding the Balance between staying active and moving baby down and resting to build energy back up!!

What a wonderful Birth Registration appointment we had the hospital today. This doctor explained every part of his exam, took his time answering questions, was just all around personable and made my clients feel so heard and at peace.
I'm so excited for my them to welcome their first baby. It's going to be a beautiful Birth!! We're ready for you baby girl! 💕

🌸As we wrap up National Breastfeeding Month and reflect on all things nursing, my visit to the zoo with the kids today reminded me just how universal this journey is.

🐷 A piglet chasing its momma who was so over it but it was still trying to nurse and play.
🐆 A baby mountain lion shadowing every step of its mama.
🦭 this sea lion pup determined to nurse while mom just wanted a nap.

So many moments that felt so familiar. At the end of the day, we’re all just moms — human or animal — doing our best to stay sane, nurture, and raise our babies. 💕

We’ve officially relocated to Germany and will be proudly serving families in Vilseck, Grafenwöhr, Hohenfels, and surrounding areas 💛

While this new chapter begins, I want to say how deeply honored I’ve been to serve the Fayetteville area. To all my amazing clients, families, and babies — thank you. The bonds we’ve built, the births we’ve journeyed through, and the memories we’ve made will always hold a special place in my heart 💕

No one talks about tubal pregnancies.
But they should. Because they’re terrifying.

I didn’t just lose a pregnancy.
I almost lost my life.

A tubal pregnancy is when the embryo implants outside the uterus, most commonly in the fallopian tube.
It can’t survive there. And if it keeps growing, it can rupture and cause internal bleeding. It’s a medical emergency.

I didn’t know the cramping could mean something was wrong.
I didn’t know shoulder pain could be a red flag.
I didn’t know a positive pregnancy test could come with so much fear.

I thought I was going to have a baby…
but instead I had to be rushed in for treatment before I bled out.

This isn’t just a “sad ending.”
This is trauma.
This is grief.
This is survival.

So if you’ve been through an ectopic pregnancy,
You’re not alone.
You didn’t imagine it.
And your pain is valid.

You were pregnant.
And it mattered.
