Happy to announce our little Advent Giveaway starting December 1st! 😊

It will run through all four Advent weeks until December 24th, and the winners will be announced on December 25th. 🎄✨

How it works:
Attend 8 classes by December 24th – whether it’s Yoga, Mat Pilates, or Reformer.

After each class, your teacher will stamp your Challenge Card (available at the counter from December 1st).

Everyone who completes 8 classes by December 24th will be entered into our holiday raffle.

The winners will be drawn on December 25th! 🎁

Next Reformer Teacher Training starts tomorrow 😍✨ While the trainees from August’s training are beginning their teaching journey, a new group of eight will start this year’s final training with .art ! We couldn’t be more excited to kick off the second training and can’t wait to learn, move, and grow together.

In Pilates and yoga alike, HOW you move matters more than WHAT you do. When the mind is scattered, the body follows — tension appears, posture collapses, breath shortens.
 When the mind is clear, movement becomes fluid, intentional, and aligned. “The mind shapes the body.”
At our studio, movement is never just about getting an exercise in.
 It’s a practice of awareness — a way to listen inward, to align body and mind, and to move with purpose, whether you’re on the reformer or the mat.

Here, movement becomes meditation. Exercise becomes embodiment.✨

Happy Monday! ✨ This week marks the start of an exciting transition at Studio 85 — we’re introducing our new Reformer formats: Align, Power, and Reset. These thoughtfully designed classes, conceptualized by .art, offer a balanced spectrum of alignment, strength, mindfulness, and renewal.

Over the coming weeks, they’ll gradually take the place of our current formats — Basics, Elevate, and Dynamic — while continuing to provide a range of experiences to meet every body’s needs! 🙏🏼

We’re feeling so grateful and proud – finally hosted our very first Teacher Training here at Studio 85! 🌟 This is such a big step for us as a studio, and it truly couldn’t have been a better start.

Thanks to our amazing lead teacher Zhei and our wonderful participants, we kicked off two beautiful weekends filled with learning, connection, and inspiration. 💛

We’re certain this has laid the perfect foundation for many future trainings, and we can’t wait to welcome even more people into our upcoming training weekends.

A huge thank you to our entire team and to everyone who shared such beautiful testimonials – you’ve made this milestone unforgettable. 🙏✨
