As a doula, I deeply believe that self-care is not a luxury but a necessity, whether you're a mother-to-be, a young parent, or simply a woman navigating life with both strength and fragility.

🌸 A few simple tips for you:
- Take a moment to self-examine regularly.
- Don't neglect your medical appointments, even in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
- Dare to talk about your doubts, your fears, your experiences.

👉 Because a body that is listened to, respected, and supported is a body that moves forward with more confidence.

💌 My role as a doula is also to be there, in those moments when vulnerability arises, to surround you with presence, gentleness, and a listening ear.
