Dear LRMC Community,

Open enrollment into the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center TRICARE Plus Program for 2025 starts today. The TRICARE Plus Program is a service-directed primary care empanelment program for retirees, retiree family members, non-command sponsored Active-Duty Family Members, and command sponsored dependent parents. Enrollment into the program provides the beneficiary with a primary care provider at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.

Beneficiaries can apply in two ways:

1. Online: Link below as well as our LRMC website at
https://landstuhl.tricare.mil/Getting-Care/TRICARE-Service-Center-Referral-Management-Office .This form will only be active during the enrollment window. No applications will be accepted after December 15th.

2. In-Person: Visit the LRMC TRICARE Service Center (Bldg. 3744, M-Th, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.; Ph. 06371-9464-4830)

Please understand the following:

* An application does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment is based on LRMC capacity, capability, and mission.

* Applicant’s must be TRICARE eligible. TRICARE Prime eligible command sponsored Active-Duty Family Members and TRICARE Young Adult Select are not authorized enrollment into the program.

* Applicants should reside within 100km of LRMC. Those who reside outside of 100km from LRMC may be enrolled if space is available.

* Although we prefer to keep a familial household of eligible beneficiaries enrolled to the same place, we may not be able to take in all family members due to capacity.

* Enrollment in TRICARE Plus only guarantees a Primary Care Provider. Specialty care (i.e.-Cardiology, Orthopedics, Behavioral Health, etc.) is not dependent on, nor guaranteed by, PLUS enrollment.

6-35 months: Flu shots are available at the Immunizations Clinic on Wednesdays from 0900-1145 & 1300-1500 ONLY.

3+ years: Get your shot at our Community Events! Check out the flyer for dates and locations. This service is for Active Duty, Tricare beneficiaries, Retirees, DoD Civilians/Contractors, & DODEA Students/Staff.

Hello community members! 👋

Wiesbaden has grown a lot in the last 5 years, but our medical staff has not grown at the same pace. The clinic is dedicated to providing the best possible care to everyone, and we need your help to do that! To make sure your appointments go smoothly, and you get the most out of your time with your provider and care team, please consider these tips:

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early! This is extra important if you did not get a pre-screening call 24-72 hours before your appointment. This gives us time to complete some necessary paperwork and preparation so we can make the most of your appointment time. Your relationship with your provider is important for addressing all your healthcare needs.

• Late Policy: We understand things happen, but to be fair to everyone, we have a late policy. Per DHA policy, if you arrive 10 minutes or more after the start of your appointment you are considered late. In the Wiesbaden Health clinic, we will afford you an extra 5-minute grace period. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, you will be considered late. At that point, you have two options:

1. **Wait to be Seen:** We will do our best to fit you in with an available provider *later that day*, if it does not cause delays for other patients.

2. **Reschedule:** You can reschedule your appointment with one of our Medical Service Assistants (MSAs). We recommend this option because it guarantees you a new appointment time and helps you avoid a potentially long wait to be seen the same day. While your original appointment will be marked as a "no-show," rescheduling ensures you have a firm appointment in the future.
