Summer time update- if you feel its too hot to receive your massage with your mask on please let me know ASAP, day off. I am waiving cancellation fees for all heat related same day cancels. I do have an AC unit in the office, however, I understand the mask is a whole other level. Be well everyone!

New hugging policy: if you want or need one, please just ask!!
Sometimes I can clearly tell someone is hurting, or know you are having a really tough go of things and I'll offer up a hug. But I don't always know what's going on. So if you need a little extra love before or after your massage , or BOTH, say so. Your well being is important to me and that is certain under my umbrella of care:)

Hey Clients:) I invite you to join me at our weekly yoga class THIS Wednesday @7. Felicity will be teaching a Yin class for the 1st time. You need no prior yoga experience. Yin is super slow, holding poses 3-5 minutes to experience a deep stretch. No standing power poses, all sitting and laying. Just thought some of you might be interested. PM me for details:)

Okay, I'm finally convinced summer is over... the heating blanket is on the massage table and you are encouraged to peruse through my exceptionally large variety of tea to make your walk home, or back to the car more manageable;)

When I told my client I was having a hard time making a bow- she tells me she used to make them all day long at a florist shop. And whipped this up for me this morning after her massage! Thank you Katie!!!
