Welcome to our bone & tissue days Bangkok 2025,
three inspiring days of education, science, and innovation.
The Pre-Congress Workshops opened the event with a focus on advanced techniques in bone and soft tissue regeneration.

Dr. Larissa Steigmann & Dr. Marius Steigmann led a session on site-specific soft tissue management, emphasizing tension-free flap closure and introducing the Mucosal Detachment Technique, a key advancement for predictable results.

Dr. Giorgio Tabanella presented the NOVAMag® product line, demonstrating how resorbable magnesium-based membranes and fixation screws re-define bone reconstruction combining stability, safety, and resorbability.

Hands-on learning and clinical innovation set a strong tone for the days ahead in Bangkok.

Last week, we hosted another unforgettable VIP event in Berlin, welcoming guests from 🇬🇧 🇪🇪 🇳🇱 🇸🇪 and showcasing the latest in biomaterials!

We were honored once again to have Dr. Frank Kloss as our outstanding speaker, sharing his experience with maxgraft® allogeneic blocks, shells, as well as socket management with NOVAMag® SHIELD!

Managing Compromised Bone Regeneration with NOVAMag® SHIELD
In implant dentistry, predictable bone regeneration is essential for long-term success. This case by Dr. Alfonso Caiazzo involved an unfavorable bone generation due to suboptimal socket preservation, resulting in insufficient bone volume at the six-month re-entry.

To restore the defect, NOVAMag® SHIELD was placed between the periosteum and the remaining buccal bone – without fixation – alongside additional augmentation for guided bone regeneration. Three months post-procedure, substantial bone regeneration and soft tissue integration were observed. The final outcome demonstrated improved aesthetics, function, and implant stability.

NOVAMag® SHIELD is a fully resorbable shield made from pure magnesium metal, designed to manage buccal and palatal wall defects by supporting bone graft materials and reinforcing the structural integrity of augmented sites.
