Together we will experiment with textures, softness, roughness, and movement while ๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ข๐ž๐œ๐ž๐ฌ.

Participants can either create their own tactile artwork or contribute to the large collaborative Starfish installation by making decorative elements or sensory patches that will become part of the final piece.

The final installation will be exhibited at ๐’๐„๐„๐Š ๐…๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ (29โ€“30 ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ).

This week something very special began. โœจ

We had our first meeting with the core group of artists who will help bring the SEEKstar art installation to life.

When I first had the idea for this project, I wasnโ€™t even sure if I should make an open call for artists. But I decided to trust the process โ€” and the response honestly touched me so much.

Artists from different creative communities Iโ€™m part of reached out with so much openness and enthusiasm. It reminded me how powerful it is when art brings people together.

Iโ€™m deeply grateful for the four amazing women who will help create the sensory patches for the SEEKstar starfish. Iโ€™m excited to see how this piece will grow. ๐ŸŒŸ

Seeing the room come alive with intention, creativity, laughter, and honest conversations reminded me why I love creating these spaces so much.

This year, weโ€™re collaborating with .residencies and to co-create more Bouillon Live events at , the same cozy space that hosts our art workshops.

This collaboration feels like a natural progression for ArtConnects. Having been involved with Bouillon Live since last year and being part of SydhavnBรธlgen radio for a year now, it felt right to connect these worlds and expand ArtConnects into a broader cultural format โ€” bringing together art, music, and community.

Bouillon Live is a community music event with three artists, broadcast live on SydhavnBรธlgen radio, usually last Friday of the month from 17:00-20:00โ€” cozy vibes, food, creativity, and the perfect start to the weekend.
