Simply being in the sanctuary, allowing yourself to receive the warmth and stillness, already does good for the body. It is an essential part of both training and restoration.

Infrared rays softly warm the body from within, easing joints and muscles while creating a gradual, deeply comfortable heat. The light supports circulation and stimulates the body’s natural healing processes, ideal for physical recovery as well as overall well-being.

Bikram
A set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in therapeutic heat.
Builds strength, flexibility, and focus while supporting circulation and mental clarity.

Yin
Slow, sustained postures held for several minutes.
