I’m back in Aarhus after attending the for the first time, hosted by the Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences (ESSB) and Protect Me (Health & Technology) in Rotterdam.
It was an inspiring event with two intense days of discussions on innovative ESM methods — and I had the opportunity to present my work in a poster session. 🍿
The exchange with such experienced and generous researchers was truly enriching.
It was also a pleasure to meet with dear colleagues and collaborators during the conference. Sharing ideas that keep moving this field forward. ❤️

🧠 My poster: “Bidirectional Effects of Affect and Cannabis Use: An ESM Study”
This study examines how affect and cannabis use influence each other in daily life, contributing to a deeper understanding of emotion regulation mechanisms underlying cannabis use.
De volta a Aarhus depois de participar pela primeira vez do Expert Meeting 2025, organizado pela Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences (ESSB) e Protect Me (Health & Technology), em Rotterdam.
Foram dois dias intensos e inspiradores de discussões sobre métodos inovadores em ESM — e tive a oportunidade de apresentar meu trabalho em formato de pôster.
A troca com pesquisadores tão experientes e generosos foi realmente enriquecedora.
Também foi um prazer reencontrar colegas e colaboradores durante a conferência — compartilhando ideias que continuam impulsionando essa área de pesquisa.

Este estudo investiga como o afeto e o uso de cannabis se influenciam mutuamente no dia a dia, contribuindo para uma melhor compreensão dos mecanismos de regulação emocional envolvidos no uso da cannabis.
