On this sacred full moon, I pause to bow in deep gratitude to all my teachers, seen and unseen, who have guided me on this path.

To my yoga teachers, spiritual guides, bodywork mentors, and the wise beings who have shown me the way through their presence, teachings, and kindness - thank you for illuminating the path with your wisdom and reminding me of what truly matters.

You have taught me to trust the unfolding, to meet both joy and challenge with steadiness, and to remember the light that resides within and around us all ✨

May I continue to honor your teachings through the way I live, teach, and serve.
