From January 2026, yoga and other group classes face a 25% VAT - that means higher costs, pressure on small studios, and potentially less accessible practices. Yoga helps people feel connected, grounded and healthy - a new law adding could make that more difficult to reach.

Join us for a 4-part bundle designed to take the guesswork out of your handstand journey.
Over four focused sessions, you’ll deepen your understanding of the skill.

Handbalancing, like play and yoga, isn’t just about the final pose, it’s about the journey. Each session will end with “homework” to support your progress during the week, while we keep a steady rhythm with time for rest, discussion, and gradual exploration.
