This autumn, join us for a 6-week journey with Tibetan singing bowls – simple, powerful techniques that anyone can do. We’ll work in pairs, supporting each other while learning how sound can boost your energy, release stress, and activate confidence.
Step by step, we’ll explore how sound vibrations help the body, mind, and emotions relax, straighten the spine, and bring back your natural flow of energy. It’s exactly what we need as we move through October, November, and December – to recharge, de-stress, and get ready for Christmas with more ease and joy.
💫 What You’ll Experience
In cozy 2.5-hour sessions every other week, you’ll:
Work with two Tibetan singing bowls in simple, effective techniques
Boost your energy, self-esteem, and inner confidence
Release stress and bring flow into your body and mind
Both give and receive sound treatments (no experience needed!)
Feel lighter, more balanced, and grounded
💛 Bonus: You can borrow singing bowls between sessions to keep practicing at home.
🧘♀️ Who Can Join?
Everyone is welcome – no prior experience needed. Just curiosity and the wish to feel better in body, mind, and spirit.
🌟 Your Facilitators
Aistė Li – Sound therapist, psychologist, art therapist. Guiding sound journeys for over a decade with passion for safe, transformative spaces.
Mette Pedersen – RAB-approved therapist (reflexology, KST, massage). Experienced holistic therapist, always curious to explore how the body heals and finds balance.
