Mindfulness principles are presented and analyzed in order to make it possible for participants to use them in Mindfulness exercises. You get to practice Mindfulness by basic guided Mindfulness exercises which are followed by group discussions. Alternation between theory, method and exercises makes the course varied and allows for a greater reflection that contribute to a greater understanding of
Mindfulness. Variety is also needed to avoid sitting too long in meditative postures. The overall objective of these courses is to help participants integrate Mindfulness in their daily lives.
