Howdy Howdy is a new and innovative way of reducing sick days and increasing the wellbeing in all kinds of workplaces. Take a look at our website: www.howdy.care

With the purpose of reducing sick-days and increasing wellbeing we are using IT as an enabler to monitor employees wellbeing at work (using our app HOWDY) and act proactively on employees that flag an “emergency” or “ask for help”. In such cases we have a team of professionals (psychologists) that proactively call the employees and initiate the plan that will get them through the difficult time. Our team of psychologists work proactively with our customer's HR department insuring transparency and enabling the best possible solution. We are basing our solution on WHO-5 that is a set of questions determining wellbeing and is developed by Professor Per Bech for WHO. WHO-5 is used broadly (translated to more than 31 languages). We cooperate with the Danish Psychiatrist Foundation (Psykiatrifonden) who insures high quality in any aspect of what we do.

Through a new partnership in Mauritius, Peter Neubert and Taariq Tommy Djarlo will support organisations across the region with our unified HR and recruitment platform. With many years of experience in both the Nordic countries and the African region, they bring valuable insight to local HR needs.

We see an apparent demand for modern HR tools, and we look forward to helping organisations strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and core HR processes ✨

De seneste måneder har budt på hårdt arbejde - i dag fejrer vi! 🎉

Efter intensivt arbejde på vores nye kampagne kulminerer projektet nu. Det markerer vi med nærmest euforisk stemning på kontoret - lækre burgere, sodavandsbobler og hele HR-ON-teamet samlet til fejring. Med vores nye kampagne tilbyder vi nu fire HR-moduler, så virksomheder kan skabe én sammenhængende platform, der dækker hele medarbejderrejsen.

Vi er stolte af det engagement og drive, som hele HR-ON teamet har lagt i projektet, og nu glæder vi os til at dele alt det nye, spændende arbejde med jer! 💙

We just wrapped up an unforgettable summer party filled with laughter, new connections, and moments that brought colleagues closer together. Every smile and snapshot captures the magic of people coming together to celebrate. With both Introdus and Howdy now part of HR-ON, there’s been plenty of excitement and new faces these past months - which made taking time to pause, connect, and enjoy each other’s company feel even more meaningful.

Howdy - effektiv forebyggelse af stress

Howdy er en simpel, effektiv og valid metode til forebyggelse af mistrivsel og stress i virksomheder.

Refleksion, beredskab og handlemuligheder

Gennem løbende refleksion via en app får vi medarbejdere og ledere til jævnligt at stoppe op og mærke efter. Det er nemmere at tage dialogen med sin leder eller en kollega imens der stadig er ressourcer og handlemuligheder. Er der behov for hjælp, har vi et beredskab bestående af erhvervspsykologer klar til proaktivt, at kontakte medarbejdere, så de sammen kan finde frem til løsninger.

Arbejdspladsen er ikke altid problemet - men ofte en del af løsningen
