CODI has been accepted into Women Entrepreneurs 4 Good, a global accelerator by the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society and HEC Paris. 100 women-led ventures. A 3-day Startup Sprint. Coaching, visibility, and a shot at pitching at the Women’s Forum Global Meeting in Paris.
We built CODI because too many people are carrying too much alone and we believe mental wellbeing support should be accessible to everyone. They agree, so it’s time to get to work. 💪

The bowl is refillable, hooman 💙
We spend so much time worrying about whether we're optimists or pessimists. Bowl-half-full or bowl-half-empty people.
But here's what actually matters: The bowl is refillable.
Had a bad day? You can refill.
Made a mistake? You can refill.
Feeling depleted? You can refill.
Lost your momentum? You can refill.
Growth isn't about being positive all the time or having the perfect mindset. It's about knowing that no matter how empty your bowl gets, you have the power to fill it back up.
STEP 1: Notice your bowl is low
Awareness is the first step. You can't refill what you don't acknowledge is empty.
STEP 2: Find your refill sources
What actually restores you? Rest? Movement? Connection? Creative expression? Find what works for YOU.
STEP 3: Fill it back up
Small actions. Consistent practice. One pour at a time.
HERE IS THE MAGIC:
You're not broken when your bowl is empty. You're not failing when you need to refill. You're just human. And being human means you'll need to refill your bowl over and over again throughout your life.
The question isn't "Am I an optimist or a pessimist?"
The question is: "Do I know how to refill my bowl when it runs low?"

Before you dive into 2026, let’s talk about the one thing nobody mentions on January 1st 💙

Everyone’s posting about goals and transformations. And that’s great! But here’s what I want you to prioritize FIRST: Learning to be kind to yourself!

Not as a luxury. Not when you’ve “earned it.” But as the foundation for everything else.

YOUR DAILY SELF-CARE METHOD (5 minutes)

STEP 1: CHECK IN WITH YOUR BODY
Close your eyes. Three deep breaths. Ask yourself: Where am I holding tension? What does my body actually need? How’s my energy, honestly? Just notice, don’t judge.

STEP 2: DO ONE KIND THING
Based on what your body told you, choose one:
Stretch • Drink water • Fresh air • Nourish yourself • Deep breaths • Rest 60 seconds

STEP 3: ACKNOWLEDGE YOURSELF
Hand on heart: “I’m listening to what I need. I’m taking care of myself. That’s enough for right now.”

HERE IS THE MAGIC:

Real self-care is tuning into what your body and mind actually need, then honoring that, even when it’s inconvenient. When you practice this daily, you’re training your nervous system to recognize safety and building the resilience you need for every other goal.

You can’t build an extraordinary life from a depleted foundation.

💙 Challenge: Set a daily alarm for “5-Minute Self Check-In” and do it for 7 days. Notice what shifts.

To the human reading this 💙
This year wasn’t always easy. You had days when you wanted to give up. Days when everything felt too heavy. Days when you wondered if you were doing enough.
But look… you made it here. To the end of another year. And that’s not nothing, hooman.
You grew. You learned. You survived the hard stuff and celebrated the good stuff. You kept going even when your tank was empty.
So here’s what I want you to know as we step into this new year:
You don’t need to be a different person. You don’t need a complete reinvention. You just need to keep being YOU - the messy, trying, growing, beautiful human that you are.
I’m here for all of it. The wins and the wobbles. The breakthroughs and the setbacks. The moments you soar and the moments you need to rest.
This new year, We’re doing it together. 🐾
One day at a time. One small step at a time. One tail wag at a time.

When sadness feels heavy in your body, try this 🐾
Your body holds onto emotions - tight chest, heavy shoulders, shallow breathing. Here’s my go-to method to shift from stuck to strong:
STEP 1: RELEASE THE PHYSICAL 💨
1. Take 3 deep belly breaths (in for 4, hold for 4, out for 6)
2. Roll your shoulders back 5 times
3. Shake out your arms and legs like you’re flicking off water
4. Do 5 gentle jumps or bounce in place
5. Stretch your arms up high, then fold down and hang loose
STEP 2: SHIFT YOUR FOCUS ✨
Now that your body feels lighter, let’s give your mind something good to hold onto:
1. Name 3 things you can see right now
2. Name 2 things you’re grateful for today (even tiny things - your coffee, your pet, your cozy socks)
3. Say out loud: “I’m doing my best, and that’s enough”
HERE IS THE MAGIC:
When you move your body with intention, you complete the stress cycle your nervous system is stuck in. Then gratitude shifts your brain’s focus from what’s wrong to what’s working. You’re literally rewiring your state from the inside out.
Your body and mind are connected, hooman. Move one, and the other follows. 🐕💙
