Vi tror på, at vi alle kan blive bedre medarbejdere, chefer, forældre og kærester – uden stress. Vi vil oplyse om stress – som er et kæmpe sundheds- og samfundsproblem. Stressambassadøren er et koncept, der er udarbejdet til at uddanne medarbejdere og ledere, til at forebygge stress på arbejdspladsen og i privatlivet. Stressambassadøren støtter og udfordrer sig selv, sine kollegaer og virksomhedens strategier, med det formål at skabe bæredygtige stressfrie high-performance arbejdsmiljøer, der er baseret på balance, trivsel og optimalt målfokus.
