I don’t know who wrote this, but I found it beautiful and wanted to share it here.
The message truly captures the energy of today, 11.11. ✨

The 11th day of the 11th month carries a mirrored energy: 1 | 1 and 11 | 11. It symbolizes the self meeting itself the soul remembering its own truth.

In numerology, 11 is a Master Number. It represents intuition, inner knowing, spiritual awakening, and the bridge between the seen and unseen worlds. When the date becomes 11/11, the symbolism doubles: a gateway, a threshold, a moment of heightened clarity and alignment.

It is believed that on this day:

✿ The veil between the conscious and the subconscious is thinner
✿ Your intuition is louder
✿ Synchronicities become more noticeable
✿ Your intentions imprint more strongly into your energetic field

The energy of the number 1 is about identity, initiation, and new beginnings. So the 11th day of the 11th month isn’t just about wishing for something external it’s about choosing who you are becoming.

It is a day for:

✿ Reclaiming your power from old stories

✿ Stepping out of self-doubt and into self-trust

✿ Affirming what you are available for from this moment forward

✿ Aligning your actions with your highest values

Think of 11/11 as standing in front of a symbolic doorway. One side holds who you have been shaped by conditioning, fear, protection, survival. The other side holds who you truly are your essence, your deeper knowing, the part of you that has always been whole.

This day invites a choice: continue living from the past, or step into the truth of your becoming.

A simple ritual:

Place your hands over your heart and womb.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
Whisper:

“I remember who I am. I choose what is meant for me. I walk forward in trust.”

Autumn Equinox in The Magic Garden – Module & Ritual Drumming 🍂🕯️

During the weekend of the autumn equinox, we held another module in our four-year education and training program for Integral Transpersonal Psychotherapist (ITP), along with the ritual autumn equinox drumming.

A group of traveling, searching, and dedicated psychonauts are with us on a multi-year journey to explore and immerse themselves in the experiential field of transpersonal psychology, including depth psychology, mythology, archetypal astrology, Tarot, and shamanism.
This week’s theme: psychotherapy and shamanism.

Shamanism is humanity’s primal religion and encompasses a wide range of techniques and methods. For modern depth psychology, a main task is to distinguish between what is effective and what is superstition, and to refine practices so that they serve healing.

The days unfolded in a dynamic interplay between theory, practice, and deep processes.

At a time when the psychedelic renaissance is truly blossoming, and when more people are seeking deep release, transformation, and healing from the painful isolation many experience, there is a growing need for courageous souls who have walked the path themselves, and who, with experience and tools, can support fellow humans on the Adventure of Self-Discovery.

Jacob's shaman staff is an exceptional 19 stringed custom-constructed butterfly guitar. Jacob is known as one of Denmark's guitar virtuosos.
