An Evening of Softness, Reflection & Connection

Join us for a gentle two-hour gathering rooted in presence, stillness, and community. We’ll begin with a grounding yin yoga and meditation practice; slow, embodied, and deeply soothing - before moving into a guided journaling session to help you explore what’s stirring within. We’ll close with an optional sharing circle, space to speak from the heart, or simply listen and witness with care.

Whether this is your first time joining a women’s circle or a familiar ritual, you are warmly welcome just as you are.

This is an intimate, cosy space to come home to yourself. A time to check in with your heart, mind, and body. A time to be held and to hold.

This event is for WOMEN / WOMEN-ALIGNED / WOMEN-IDENTIFYING FOLK ONLY:
We gather to create a safer space for those who live within or connect deeply to the experience, energy, or shared journey of womanhood.

Let me reintroduce myself ~

I’m Faye,
Founder of Iluma and a yoga teacher with 10 years of spaceholding experience, 1,200+ hours of training, and more than 10,000 hours of teaching.

I opened Iluma in 2021 as a way to offer something I felt was missing:
A space that honours the depth of yoga, the importance of safer spaces, and the power of gathering without pressure or performance.

My own classes aren’t abuot perfection or alignment, they’re about returning to your centre. They’re about lightness, depth and the kind of practice that stays with you after you leave.

What drives me - still! - is the beauty of sādhanā: the quiet and steady commitment to showing up for yourself. Whether it’s through movement medicine, or sitting in the meditative heat of the sauna, there’s something powerful in choosing presence over distraction.

Born in the UK, raised between England and Singapore, and now based in Copenhagen, I hopefully bring a global spirit and grounded presence into everything I hold.

If you’re new here, I’m so glad you’ve found us. And if you’ve been walking this path with Iluma since the early days, thank you!

At Iluma, we continue to create spaces where you can breathe deeper, rest fully, and feel wholly seen.

This September, we’re introducing two new saunagus sessions, each designed with safety, softness, and sovereignty at their core:

Both sessions are held with meditative care.
No performance, all presence.
