My prepared food for the week ahead😜
Often I would think that cooking is inconvenience for me, a chore, something I have to do and not necessarily enjoy.
However, since I am on my body transformation program, where I implement mental training, cooking have become an enjoyable activity 😊.
I now see it as part of my self care routine and I enjoy the product of my efforts 💯🎉
I wanted to share with you what I have cooked today and perhaps inspire you with it.
So here it is:
❇️ Homemade guacamole
❇️ Low fat chicken meat balls
❇️ Baked brussel sprouts and parnsnips
❇️ Grilled chicken strips
