We are strengthening our XO Sales Team in DACH
We are very happy to welcome Marius Garten to the position of Area Sales Manager. His energy and eagerness personify XO’s growth ambition in Germany, the biggest dental market in Europe.

Marius comes with a winning mindset and a drive to excel, based on his recent concluded career as a professional ice hockey player. Importantly, Marius has for years been running a parallel student job as assistant service technician with specific focus on XO CARE unit installation.

The Odontathon 2026 in Berlin is a ‘hackathon’ for dentistry. It brings together dentists, startups, designers, developers, and industry experts to collaborate over the weekend 13-15 March to build innovative solutions to overcome challenges in modern dentistry.

Today is day 1 and it is already buzzing with ideas, with most conversations revolving around digital solutions. And we’re right at the heart of the action!

On a snowy winter day, guests from Ardentis Cliniques Dentaires et d'Orthodontie Switzerland visited XO CARE in Denmark to learn more about the ‘outstanding digital dental unit, XO FLOW’.
“XO caught our attention on social media due to your remarkable ambition and philosophy", explains COO, Dr. Marc El Hage, smilingly. “But also, Christian Coachman from DSD has endorsed your product”.

Joining Dr. El Hage on this visit were Bruno Parreira, Julien Isidori, seconded by Gaëtan Soudrain from our XO Certified Partner, SIGMA NET SANTE. “We are here to be inspired about future trends in dentistry and to exchange ideas”.

Accordingly, a full day was spent at XO CARE’s headquarters, where representatives from management, sales, and R&D shared insights; demonstrated the entire production site; and importantly, discussed potential co-development opportunities.

Being a large dental enterprise with more than 130 dental units in 17 clinics across Romandy, Switzerland, the talk was about efficiency and taking advantage of next-gen digital solutions in dentistry.
