We are delighted to announce our sole distribution agreement with earKART India.
“This deal is a game changer for Audientes. It enables us to advance the sales and marketing of Ven in India with a strategic agreement now in place with earKART for exponential year-on-year growth. earKART has the experience, network and resources to really push Ven out into the hands of consumers – both offline and online. earKART already imports hearing aids and also manufactures hearing aids in India for government tenders, with a team that has deep knowledge of the regulatory environment there. As part of this agreement, we will collaborate to achieve future product approvals and to navigate the regulatory landscape in India for existing and future Audientes products”, comments Audientes A/S CEO, Steen Thygesen.

We are delighted to announce that the v2.0 power upgrade to our products, Ven and Companion is now available for download for Ven by Audientes on Apple Appstore for iPhones and Google Play for Android-smartphones for over-the-air product update via Bluetooth. The upgrade includes increased fitting range and amplification, as well as improved sound and noise cancellation, boosting the end-user experience significantly. The upgrade for Companion by Audientes will likewise be available later this week.
Audientes CEO, Steen Thygesen states, "We have added a significant amount of further gain to expand the fitting range and made a substantial sound experience improvement with enhanced noise cancellation. I am delighted that we now have made this update available in the app stores for updates directly by the user, and we will work with our extensive partner network on the product upgrades. All the goodness of this lifecycle upgrade will benefit Audientes overall product platform and therefore also Companion by Audientes, which only keeps getting better."

Today is the first day of the exercise period for Audientes A/S’s warrants of series TO 1, which were issued in connection with the company’s rights issue of units that was announced on 18 November 2022, and in the following directed issue of units made to compensate guarantee commitments in the rights issue. Holders of warrants of series TO 1 have, for each warrant, the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in Audientes at a price of DKK 0.13 per share. The exercise period runs until and including 13 April 2023.
In order for warrants not to expire and lose their value, an action from the warrant holder is required.

Our Q4 2022 Year End Financial Report has now been published.
Steen Thygesen, CEO Audientes A/S, comments:
“In the last quarter of 2022, in addition to developing sales opportunities in India, we undertook several major tasks – a substantial upgrade to the software platform delivering higher amplification in Ven to better address relevant customer segments in India; completion of our new product Companion for introduction in global consumer channels; and a planned DKK 14 million Rights Issue of Units. While we ultimately succeeded delivering on all three, the expected Q4 2022 sales revenue did not materialize in any substantial manner. We implemented therefore a further range of cost-savings in Q4 and are continuing our effort on the future capitalization of the company to support our current business plans, complemented by our intent to explore other forms of strategic investment, merger and acquisition of our business or assets.”

Today, we announced the launch of our v2.0 software platform power upgrade to increase fitting range and amplification, improve sound and add noise cancellation to both Ven and Companion!
“This truly is a power upgrade for our solutions that enables the improvements to Ven that our Indian partners and dealers have been asking for to address the type of clients and hearing loss they are dealing with daily. Today, we announced a collaboration agreement for the distribution and sale of Audientes' self-fitting hearing aid, Ven™ by Audientes, throughout Nepal. The agreement means that Ven will soon be available to Nepalese consumers via M.B. Meditech’s distribution network. M.B. Meditech is a hospital equipment and surgical supplier based in Kathmandu, Nepal with a goal to add hearing healthcare products to its catalog.
