Hi all,
Due to the recent lock down, there will be no Yoga classes over the next couple of weeks. I will update you when they will start up again. In the meantime, I am taking this opportunity to get perspective on what is really important and appreciate time with loved ones.
Below is a great app for Yoga home practice and is free until April 1st in light of covid. Hope you get to take time to practice, even a short one makes a difference.
