Dear men,
We dont need you to fix us
We dont need you to fix our pain

We need to feel that you have the
Capacity to stay present
With us at all times.

To be a steady cliff
If we are in a turmoil
Of emotions or pain

We dont need you to fix us.
We just need you to stay
present.
With compassion.

And yes, ofc are you allowed to set boundaries and take care of yourself.
It's actually needed if we should be able to feel truly safe. Feel that you are truly there for us.

If you haven't looked your own demons, your own shadows, in the eyes how would you be able to stay calm and present when we meet ours?

How would you be able to stay calm and present when our hormonal changes meet the demanding life we have and can make us feel so chaotic or vulnerable?!

Oh how we long for your calm and steady presence when we are in the magical feminine chaos 🔥🌪✨️

Many men has a deep conditioning about their s3xuality and primal Impulses that these are dangerous and not welcome.

But truly it's your greatest power.

And yes, just as all power can be deeply misused and course severe harm(!) S3xual and primal Impulses can too....

So dear men. Please get familiar and have a look at this deep primal power, so that it won't do harm when living in the shadows and your unconcious parts.

Because the truth is, we ALL have a deep wild powerful s3xual energy and Impulses. And if we dont bring it into conciousness but it lives in the shadow alongside trauma and heartbreaks and pain. You guessed it, that's where they can truly make harm.

But imagine really OWNING your true power, your deep primal instincts, your wild s3xuality - and embracing it. Bringing it into conciousness. Connecting it to your loving heart and your logical and reflecting mind.

Imagine how you could live your life from there ⚡️🔥

Imagine how you would be able to hold and love your (future) partner
Imagine how you would make love
Imagine what you can create in this world

I truly think it's beyond what we normally think we are capable of.
But I also know, that if you read this it's because you have a deep knowing inside.
A deep instinct that this is (hidden) part of you!
