Hello dear community,

I hope you’re well and enjoying the unfolding of spring. 🌱🤍☀️

The past period has been tough and tender for me in different ways, and because of that things have been quieter here than usual.

Also, the closest gathering that was in the pipeline — May 9 — won’t be happening, for multiple reasons.

But, June 13 is still very much in the field, and I only await one last confirmation which I expect to have within a few days.

Other dates for this year are also in the pipeline and will be coming soon.

I’m looking forward to the next time we meet in this sacred ceremony and dance space.

We’re so happy to present Sound Alchemists who are joining us this Saturday.

Shapur and Sofie — two beautiful souls and heartfull musicians, sharing music as medicine.

They will be weaving live instruments into the space, and guide us through a Sound Healing Journey.

There’s no fixed agenda for where this space will take you.

There is a flow we follow — and within that flow, there is space for energy to move as it wants to move.

There is something unnatural about how little we move freely as adults…

We sit in boxes, move in lines, follow structures… and forget to just be, just move, just express, just feel…

But the body it craves something else.

It craves some chaos. Freedom. Movement without direction. Expression without an end goal in mind.

In our gatherings we create space for that…

Space to explore movement without direction, expression without an end goal in mind, dance as if there’s no tomorrow without being intoxicated, celebration of life without a hangover the day after.
