Special guests on Saturday! 🎉🔥

We are filled with joy and gratitude to have these three beautiful sound alchemists joining us for the ride.

They will enrich the journey with their musical magic and guide us deeper into the experience.

You’ll feel their gentle sounds welcoming you as you arrive into the space. They might join in and play along with the rhythm during the ecstatic dance journey. And they will facilitate the sound healing journey after the dance.

The best part is that they’re not only magicians in their musical expression — they also carry such a beautiful energy that they bring into every space they enter.

It’s a true treasure to have them with us — to facilitate the sound healing journey, to sprinkle their musical touch throughout the event, and to simply be there — with their presence, their energy, and the love that they bring.

During Ecstatic Flow events we intend to expand awareness in a way that ripples far beyond the gathering itself.

An awareness that seeps into every corner of life — into how we connect, how we celebrate, how we feel, how we move, how we be.

We cultivate this awareness by meeting ourselves consciously — in the body, in movement, in breath, in emotion, and in our interactions with others.

Through it, we peel away what’s not real and let it melt.
We feel what has been numb and let it move.
We allow what’s true to be seen and let it express itself.

And when we do this with such presence and intention within a sacred space, something shifts — this awareness travels home with us. Even if just subtly, it can reshape how we live, move, and connect.

If you haven’t yet been with us, we would love to welcome you into this beautiful movement of expanded awareness and conscious connection — with yourself, with others, and with the world.

In the midst of life’s constant movement, we often forget to feel deeply, to release what’s stagnant, to truly show up for all that is present and alive within us.

Ceremony gives space for what’s inside to move, to breathe, to be witnessed. For ages, humans have gathered in ceremonial spaces — to feel, to connect, to pray, to release, to share, to learn, and to transform together.

Ecstatic Flow rituals are ceremonies. Spaces where we return to the sacredness of being alive, where we share our aliveness with each other in community, and where it’s safe to feel everything that may have been repressed, suppressed, or stagnant.

We can’t wait to sit in the ceremony with you again in just over two weeks.
