This is my amazing strong daughter who stands up for herself who wears, what she want with confidence. She has many talents she is gorgeous, gorgeous, headstrong driving me crazy 🤣.
She deeply cares about unfairness and other people's rights, she is caring, loving and most of all she is her self.

She has just turned 16 and flown on her own for the first time, to go and visit her brother, sister-in-law and niece♥️

I asked how it was flying on your own, she said; it's just an airplane mom 🤣🤣 my thoughts were did it go, was it okay but of course he's okay, she will always find her own way that is something she is incredible at my goddess I love her ♥️and I'm so proud of her ❤️❤️❤️

I sometimes need to remind my self, that my kids are not mine they are their own!!

Tusind tak til dig på fpsykfys klinikken for at invitere mig til denne skønne aften for fortælle om hvordan vores mentale sind virker 🙏🏾♥️

Det var så tydeligt at see at du er passioneret til at hjælpe mennesker, du udstråler en varme og imødekommenhed tak for dig 🙏🏾

Rummet var fyldt med kærlighed, dyb ro, nysgerrighed og grin ♥️
Det var en fantastisk aften og har simpelthen lyst til snart at gøre det igen 😁🎉..

En af tegninger som jeg på forhånd havde lavet gav specielt anledning til grin 😁😁 😜jeg fandt jo ud af at den ligner noget andet end en elevator 🫣☀️😍

It's been a long time I hope you are all well 🙏🏾❤️

This morning's winter swim inspired me, to want to share this beautiful moment with you ♥️🥹 and to remind you that you can change your mind,
and do what you thought was for crazy people 😂 (what ever that may be for you)

If you had asked me five years ago;
do I want to come winter swimming with me,  I would have said are you crazy that's not something I do🤣that is not me ...

Many of us all walk around having ideas and beliefs,

- of who we are
-who we need to be
- who we need to look like to be popular
- what we need to say to sound intellectual
- how to be in life to have a perfect life
- what our house should look like to feel  
  successful and soooooo on.

I never thought I was someone who swims in cold water in winter or someone who wears dungarees, now I do both !!

It's so important for us humans to remember that what we think about ourselves and who we are, is all innocently made up and has become something we believe and live by!

But the real good news is;🥳🤩❄️
it's "just" made up in our beautiful and crazy brain's
and it is only as long as YOU believe those thoughts that they have a  hold on YOU full stop.

I can't tell you what happened, why suddenly taking cold showers and swimming in the freezing cold sea seemed like an amazing idea.🥶☃️🥶❄️😅

But "it" was calling me
I listened and followed that feeling
and I'm so grateful to this little voice
for I have made a wonderful new friend and we shared this beautiful morning together I'm just Lost for words❄️🌅🌄

♥️look for the beauty we will see beauty 💕
Ps : one day I just bought dungarees and that it, and now I am someone who wears dungarees 🥳🤩💕♥️

One of the best days of my life happened 24 years ago ❤️❤️❤️🥹🥹I still remember it as if it was yesterday ♥️♥️

You Aidan Daniels entered the world and what a wonderful welcome it was and still is ♥️♥️

I absolutely love our conversation, you are always able to see a situation form different perspectives and never go along with others Opinion for the sake of it❤️

I love how you see life and I love how you are able to articulate what you see🙏🏾♥️

I admire you in so many different ways, you absolutely make the world a better place ❤️❤️❤️

The other day you told me that actually I needed to be celebrated to ans I was the one who was im labour, pressed you about and gave life to you 🥹🥹♥️♥️I so love that and I'll celebrate me today to by remembering all of the lauget and love we share ♥️♥️

You are one of my greatest teachers thank you for you 🙏🏾 💗 I love you to the moon and back ❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾💗💗💗💗
