Remember to check-out of the room Sunday morning so that you are able to participate in all the sessions. There will be a designated room for luggage storage.

For those who have ordered from Honigs: It seems like the last information about the package is from the 21/2 somewhere in Germany. We will do one more try to locate the package today. If it is not possible to locate the package we will work with Honigs to find a solution for you.

When arriving at the hotel, please make your way down to the main conference room (Oslo) to get checked into the clinic and receive your rulebook, notepad, name tag - and a special gift from Frank!

Transport information

All participants should have received an e-mail with detailed description of the arriving on Friday and check-in at the hotel. Below is a short summary of the e-mail.

Arriving on your own:
Please make your way to Scandic Hvidovre (Kettevej 4, 2650 Hvidovre, Denmark) and enjoy the free parking at the hotel.

Arriving by plane:
When arriving in Terminal 3, you will be greeted by the welcoming committee who will take you to the pick-up point between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. Please also make your way to the pick-up point if you fail to spot the IFAF sign with your name on. From here we'll take you to the hotel.

Arriving by train:
Please make your way from the platform, up into Terminal 3 and across the terminal to the pick-up point, where you will meet the remainder of the welcoming committee. From here we'll take you to the hotel.

Arriving on thursday?
If you arrive on Thursday, you are asked to make your way to the hotel on your own. A taxi should be around 300-350 DKK, else www.journeyplanner.dk is a powerful tool to plan your public transportation.

Check-in:
You will check-in with the hotel on your own, but after check-in you will have to register your arrival at the clinic with us. Here you will be given an IFAF 2018 Rulebook, your name tag, a notepad and your Honigs order, if you have ordered fra Honigs. Afterwards, you are free until the start of the clinic.

On Friday night, Scandic offers a special BBQ-grill dinner menu for its guests at around 200-250 kr. If you arrive early and are planning to dine at the hotel prior to the start of the clinic, please write us a message, comment or like this post, or in any other way let us know!
