​What am I about? Helping you get a healthy self-image so that you can be the beacon of light you are born to be. At this moment of time, I am about Self-healing, Self-Forgiveness, Self-Acceptance, Self-Mastery and Self-Love in all 4 aspects of self – the physical, the intellectual, the emotional and the spiritual. Understanding this dynamic has taken me out of victimhood, which gives me the peace of mind to ponder and be aware that all choices have a consequence. Currently, I am passionate about mastering the subconscious through SRT, The Subconscious Release Technique, a simple process that quickly dissolved the barriers that kept me from having the life I deserve, want and need. While healing myself through this amazing process, it has also given me the opportunity to help others, especially young single moms with how easy life can be, if that it what they choose.

Our Story

Hey, my name is Lian Henriksen ​ I am all about the care of women’s souls, especially those of single moms

My hope now is that by sharing my story with you, my experiences, the tools and techniques I used, I will help you attain your desires of HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS and HEALTHY FINANCES, with self-awareness and self-love. It has taken me 18 years to learn this.

In September 2019, I was introduced to SRT - Subconscious Release Technique and it benefited me so much that I decided to be trained in it. This technique will bring you the change you want.
