Register today for "DUDS Basic Gyn Course" 🤝

In collaboration with the Danish Society for Diagnostic Ultrasound (DUDS),
we are organizing an Ultrasound course where we focus on clinical and practical use of ultrasound diagnostics. The participants will be divided into small groups and will be able to scan models under supervision.

The course is aimed at doctors, sonographers, nurses and midwives.

It will take place Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m at Drejergården, Roskildevej 38, 4330 Hvalsø.

10:45 Live ultrasound demonstration of equipment and examinations in small groups, where the different functions are taught

Today our crew has been present at “The 1st Roskilde Plastic Surgical Ultrasound Course” at Roskilde Hospital.

We kicked off with some cake and networking, smoothly transitioning into first speech by Taiba Alrasheed about “Why is ultrasound relevant for plastic surgeons?”.

Later on we listened to captivating speeches by dr Caroline Ewertsen from Rigshospitalet on “Physics & Knobology”, “UL-guided perforator mapping” and “UL-guided drainage of seroma/hematoma”.

Onto the main part of the course - all the participants had 2hrs for hands-on training sessions for ultrasound self-scan as well as practice on fantoms.

It was an eventful day, full of new insights and networking!
