Stress lowers our immunity. Keeping it simple during times of stress can do wonders to support a healthy immune system:
1) Eat well.
2) Get adequate sleep.
3) Exercise/move.
4) Sunshine.
5) Keep your fluids up.
6) Connect with people. If you can’t do it in person, use technology.
7) Turn off the TV. Stay informed, but take breaks.

9) See a naturopath or nutritionist for preventative advice and contact a doctor if you are unwell.
