Recap 2025🦋

2025 was a tough year—one that asked a lot of me. It carried personal stories of loss and grief, moments that slowed time and reshaped my heart. But even in the heaviness, love showed up again and again: in family, in friendship, in the quiet ways we held each other through change.
There were also meaningful wins. My beautiful Free took gives me faith, and it still grows alongside me. We moved our family into a new house, closing a chapter filled with memories and opening another full of possibility. Travel brought perspective—new places, fresh air, and reminders that the world is still wide and hopeful.
This year was a farewell to what no longer fit and an invitation to welcome what’s next. Letting go wasn’t easy, but it made room for growth. I’m a changed person. The studio became an anchor—a space to breathe, to heal, to feel strong again in both body and mind.
2025 taught me that even in the hardest seasons, love endures, movement heals, and the future can be met with courage. Here’s to carrying the lessons forward and stepping into what’s ahead with grace.
