Frank stepped into the heat looking for something new. A way to move more, stress less, and challenge himself 🔥
What he found was far more than a workout.
Class by class, my body grew stronger and more flexible, but just as importantly, my mind learned to slow down. Frank speaks to what so many Bikram yoga practitioners experience. The practice is not just exercising for physical improvement but people leave class feeling mentally lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
In the heat, there’s no room for distraction, only presence, breath, and patience. 🧘♀️
Progress didn’t come overnight, but it came steadily, and that made it real.
What began as curiosity turned into commitment, and eventually, into a practice I keep returning to.
