The modality is coaching and the underlying theory includes e.g. mindset and common psychology. The process is action based, founded on the client taking insight, responsibility, accountability and selfregulation. Advice etc. is not given. Suggestions as in possibilities for experiments and ideas for exersises and homework can be a part of the work. The basis of the coaching, is you being sufficiently ego-strong, so you take feedback (mirroring) and maintain healthy boundaries and co-operate on the process as well as the relation. All work, reactions and results are in any sense for the client's own choice, responsibility, risk and cost. The work is conducted under Danish law and GDPR. We only take note of peoples names and phone numbers for practical reasons and security. Booking on phone or meetings. SMS is not read and only used for push-messages on e.g. payment information.
