What does health mean to you?

I come to think that we care about ourselves when we have love for ourselves. 💓
When we think of our body and feel grateful for all the wonder it does for us. When we loose health and wish to get it back again.🙏

We all know what is healthy yet we are struggling to do it, right?
Our bad habits, our traumas or carelessness ruin our beautiful plan.
But it doesn't have to continue like this. We can take one day at a time and remind ourselves every time before we consume something, is it for the better or for the worse?

But did you know that taking cold showers/bath has a tremendous advantage to your health? Really!🛀

And I will share with you my research about it.🤓 (you also need to be aware of gradual exposing and your current health status before you "jump in")

Personally I practice cold showers for a few month now and it did help me overcome sickness faster and boosted my overall awareness and freshness.
It is actually addictive🤸‍♀️ I struggle with the thought every time and yet my body just wants the experience again. It helps to overcome stress, feeling down and you learn to control your body.

And as a personal growth, I can see the beauty of our raw nature instead just enjoying the comfort. We are made to survive and getting stronger is the only way to deal with the weight of our challenges. 🙌
