Rainbow Yoga Sessions promote mindfulness throughout the class. We start by taking the mind into the body; through mindful movement we promote functional fitness; then we top it off like a dessert with at least 3 Mindfulness Meditation Techniques recommended by Mayo Clinic. At Mero Beach we have the added benefit of immersion in nature with the Caribbean Sea gently rolling onto the beach and the sun setting! Oh joy! See you WEDNESDAYS 5 pm to 6:30 pm.
