💙 Support Our Seniors

At NurtureCare Services, we provide caregiving support to elderly persons in our community. For the past year, we at NurtureCare Services have cared for elderly persons in our community. During this time, we’ve seen that many seniors struggle quietly without the support they truly need.

Some cannot afford essential care items or medical supplies, and some have no family to help. This includes seniors recovering from strokes as well as elderly persons who simply need daily support.

We are asking for donations to help improve their comfort, safety, and health:

Personal Care / Hygiene

🩲 Adult disposable or reusable diapers

🛏 Waterproof mattress protectors (Macintosh)

🛌 Bed sheets & blankets

🧴 Towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, lotion

🪥 Toothbrushes & toothpaste

🧻 Wet wipes / hand wipes

Mobility / Safety

🚶 Walkers, canes, or crutches

♿ Wheelchairs

🚽 Bedside commodes

🛁 Shower chairs or bath benches

⚓ Grab bars / handrails

🛟 Non-slip mats & raised toilet seats

Medical / Health Monitoring

💓 Blood pressure monitors

🩺 Thermometers

💨 Pulse oximeters (oxygen saturation monitors)

💊 Glucometers & test strips

🩹 First aid kits

🗂 Medication organizers / pill boxes

🔥 Heating pads or ice packs

Exercise / Rehabilitation

🏋️ Stationary exercise bikes or pedals

🟢 Resistance bands

🟡 Light hand weights

⚪ Stretching mats & rehab balls

Nutrition / Daily Living

🍲 Non-perishable food items (canned, dry goods, cereals)

🥤 Bottled water or juice packs

🍫 Snack bars / protein shakes

🍽 Easy-open utensils & adaptive cups

🥣 Plates, bowls, and spoons for limited grip

All donations will be handled responsibly, and accountability updates will be shared when items are delivered to seniors in need.
