The session aims to educate and empower women by raising awareness about PCOS and its impact.

Key topics include signs & symptoms, investigations, diagnosis, treatment options, patient history, lifestyle changes, prognosis, and psychosocial support.

Adams House of Health partnered with Herbal Harmony to raise awareness about Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) at the Isaiah Thomas Secondary School (ITSS).

Representing Adam’s House of Health, Ms. Janillia Seraphin joined the owner of Herbal Harmony to host this meaningful session. Together, they engaged both the young ladies and gentlemen educating them about PCOS, its effects, and how understanding and empathy can make a real difference.

To our pleasant surprise, the young men were just as open and eager to learn, making the session interactive, inspiring, and full of positive energy (and a few good laughs too! 😄).
